There are several options for access to requests.
- No support rights
This user's requests available only. Limited access to request parameters. Self registration online and editing the profile.
- Support specialist
Work with requests the supporter is responsible for. All requests available.
- Senior support specialist
All requests available. Assigning responsible persons to requests.
- Support administrator
All requests available. Making module settings (choosing the current database, SMTP server parameters, path to the attachments folder, etc).
